SMALL BUSINESS COHORT · SOUTH BAY · JANUARY 2027

Is this you?

  • You're busier than ever, but you're still making about the same as you did last year.
  • You're wearing all the hats, and you're worn out.
  • You've bought the courses. Nobody's ever looked at your actual business.

Who this is for

  • ✓You have paying customers.
  • ✓A real decision is coming: hiring, a lease, equipment, a loan.
  • ✓You'll show your real numbers to a room you trust.

Not yet, if:

  • –You have an idea but no customers yet.
  • –You're already past about a million a year.

How it works

  1. 1See where your money really goes
  2. 2Figure out what to fix first
  3. 3Get more out of what you already have
  4. 4Get parts of your business running without you
  5. 5Leave with a 90-day plan

The LAB is a Christian organization. There is prayer and Scripture in the room alongside the spreadsheets.

It is also open to everyone. You do not have to share our faith to be taken seriously here or to get real help with your business.

Too many owners die with their dreams still inside them. Not for lack of ideas. For lack of the right room.
